This page follows the SUA item labelled Juice of lemon and counts only its rows; World, regional and aggregate rows are not in the table. The annual listed supply total sums the countries with a 2023 value. Food here means supply available for people to eat in the reference year, not amounts eaten. For juice of lemon, tonnage follows element 5141 and daily grams follow element 665 across 2019 to 2023. A change is measured from the earlier year; none is stated from a zero base. Only countries present in both compared years enter a change. A reported zero is not a blank, and blanks never stand in for zeros. The United States leads by volume, while Uruguay leads on a per-person basis. The file holds 91 countries after removing World, regional and aggregate rows; 77 carry 2023 values. The numbers describe food available for human consumption. Source: FAO FAOSTAT, compiled by StatsGeo.Spain Jumps as South Korea Falls
