Other petroleum liquids consumption by country measures other petroleum liquids product supplied in each country, in million metric tons (Mmt) per year. The category includes petroleum products and feedstocks that are reported separately from major fuels such as motor gasoline, jet fuel, distillate fuel oil, residual fuel oil and liquefied petroleum gases. Some of these products are not primarily used as combustion fuels. The statistics are based on the U.S. Energy Information Administration's (EIA) International Energy Statistics. The table covers 192 countries, with 191 reported 2024 values, and includes data from 2019 to 2024. The world total stood at 848.1 Mmt in 2024, up from 840.5 Mmt in 2023.

Reported 2024 leaders: China (247.757 Mmt), India (74.135 Mmt), Saudi Arabia (65.809 Mmt), South Korea (48.891 Mmt), Russia (43.623 Mmt). Empty means no reported value, not zero.

The sharpest decline was India, falling from 78.294 to 74.135 Mmt (-4.159 Mmt). The world total rose from 840.5 to 848.1 Mmt. No cause is stated in the source for these movements.
