India remained the largest raw goats milk producer in 2024, although its output fell by 469,653 tonnes from 2023. Bangladesh, meanwhile, added 305,480 tonnes since 2020. The figures below reproduce FAO Crops and Livestock Products records for item Raw milk of goats, 2020-2024, reporting production quantity in tonnes. The table lists 116 countries; 113 reported a 2024 quantity, and the 2024 annual listed total is 20,392,366 tonnes. The 2024 country list runs from the largest listed quantity to the smallest.

India produced 6.42 times as much as Sudan: 7,335,907 tonnes against 1,143,484, while Pakistan ranks third with 1,074,000 tonnes, 69,484 tonnes behind Sudan. The top two hold 41.6 percent of the listed total, with third and fourth at 1,074,000 and 1,053,080 tonnes respectively.

India led the 2024 listed data at 7,335,907 tonnes. Sudan followed with 1,143,484 tonnes, ahead of Pakistan at 1,074,000 and Bangladesh at 1,053,080.

The totals listed for each year were 19,090,903 tonnes (115 reporters) and 20,392,366 tonnes (113 reporters); 3 reporters present in 2020 (largest: Palestine, 20,724 tonnes) are absent in 2024, while 1 new reporter added 840 tonnes (Czech Republic). India added 1,074,033 tonnes (up 17.2 percent), while Bangladesh added 305,480 tonnes (up 40.9 percent) and Pakistan 109,000 tonnes (up 11.3 percent).

Yearly totals sum FAO Crops and Livestock Products production quantity (Element 5510) for item Raw milk of goats, 2020-2024. For raw goats milk production, quantities below 1,000 tonnes retain two decimals and larger quantities are shown as whole tonnes. The 2024 raw goats milk production ranking and shares use 2024 listed quantities. In the raw goats milk production data, zero means a reported nil or negligible flow; an empty cell means no quantity was reported. For raw goats milk production changes, only countries with quantities in both endpoint years enter the arithmetic. Production quantities are reported to FAO by national statistical sources.
