About Cayman Islands
The Cayman Islands is a British Overseas Territory located in the western Caribbean Sea. It is a major international financial center, with hundreds of the world's largest banks registered there, making it a global hub for offshore banking and investment.
Comprising three islands—Grand Cayman, Cayman Brac, and Little Cayman—the territory is renowned as one of the world's best scuba diving destinations. It boasts over 365 dive sites, including vibrant coral reefs and shipwrecks. The largest and most populous island, Grand Cayman, is famous for its Seven Mile Beach and Stingray City.
Tourism and financial services are the twin pillars of the economy, providing the islands with the highest per capita income in the Caribbean. The climate is tropical, with a hot, rainy season from May to October and a cooler, dry season for the rest of the year.
